He was predeceased by: his father Andrew Lizzi. He is survived by: his mother Nina Lizzi; his wife Luann (Crothers); his children, Ryan Lizzi (Christin), Thomas Lizzi (Kristen), Taylor Lizzi, Markus Fair (Natalie), Julie Fair and Jacob Criddle; his grandchildren, Willa Fair and Leni Fair; and his sisters, Cindy Stults (Charlie), Kathy Gear (Gary), Becky Heign (Jeff) and Kelli Layman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
