He is survived by: his children, Christina Colburn of Defiance, OH and Dale Bak (Lynette) of Sherwood, OH; and his sisters, Linda Hatfield-Ray of Cooksville, TN and Rita Whitmer of Valdasta, GA.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
