He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Shirley (late Jerry) and Richard Pugh (Shirley); his stepbrother Allen Schlemmer (Susie); his wife Cecelia; his daughter Wendy Bollenbacher (Greg); his grandchildren, Britney of Des Moines and Briley (Liza) of Carmel, Indiana; his daughters, Courtni Pugh (David) and Carrie Pugh (Matt); his grandchildren, Miles and Grace; his great grandchild Wesley Adam Pugh (Alissa); and also, Jeannete Albert and Kacie of Kewanna.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to: the American Heart Association or American Cancer Society in honor of Gary.
