She is survived by: her children, Kristine Swathwood (Peter) of Bremen, Larry Jacobs (Anita) of Etna Green and Corey Jacobs (Chris) of Fishers, IN; her grandchildren, Melody Douglass (Steve), Holly Fritz (Tony), Seth Jacobs (Valerie), Laura Kantz (Addam), Rachel Manges (Dan), Ross Jacobs (Sarah), Bradley Jacobs and Sarah Jacobs; her great grandchildren, Kelsey Hundt, Sabrina Troyer, Sydney Douglass, Paige Jacobs, Brenden Jacobs, Alivia Kantz, Malia Kantz and Joey Manges; and her great great grandchildren, Shayla Douglass, Kaiden Douglass, Lenora Hundt and Maddox Hundt.
