He was predeceased by: his father Jay; his wife Janeice; his siblings, Alice Gaye Eulitt, Eloise Eberhard, Dale Bunge, Beverly Hefley and Carol Ann Glant; and his son-in-law Jesse McIntosh.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Henry (David) of Tampa, Fla., Cynthia Miley (Michael) of Plymouth, Melinda McIntosh of Kalamazoo, Mich, Shayne Burns (James) of Angola and Don Jay Bunge, Jr. of Bremen; his grandchildren, Brenna Sands (Lt), Nephi Jay Henry (Kim Matheson), Jared Henry (Tanei), Jordan Henry (Elise), Margaret Miley-Touney (Gregory), Matthew Miley, Brooke Davis and Jay McIntosh; his great grandchildren, William, Samuel, Hallie and Adele Sands; and his grandchildren, Rebekah Berkey, Nohealani, Mei, Eli, Micah Henry, Hugh, Arthur Henry, Florence, George Touney and Lennox Greeley. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
