It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arnold Phillips (Bremen, Indiana), who passed away on April 26, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Phillips and Bessie Phillips (Armentrout); his wife Flossie Phillips (Van Gilder); his son David Phillips; and his siblings, Helen Johnson, Ruth Roush, Opal Gardner, Wendell Phillips and Ralph Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Shirley Wynn of Springfield, MO, Becky Koontz of Greenville, OH and Steve Phillips (Jan) of Mitchell, IN; and his stepchildren, Don Van Gilder (Marge) of Chelsea, MI, Dick Van Gilder of Lansing, MI and Larry Van Gilder of Ft. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to Harbor Light Hospice, 1820 E. Day Rd., Mishawaka, IN 46545.
