He was predeceased by: his parents, Canie Hoover and Margaret Hoover (Corwell). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Hoover (Bishop); his children, Haley Bragg (Brian Jones), Jeremy Kieninger (Kiley) and Alex Kieninger (Sarah); and his sisters, Belinda Wirey (Carl) and Karen Green. He is also survived by five grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
