He is survived by: his wife Susan Hook; his children, Stephen Hook, II (Dana), Jonathan Hook (Carrie), Kari Spelbring (Kurt) and Stephanie Adams (Ryan); and his grandchildren, Mitch Spelbring (Caitlyn), Aubree Spelbring, Morgan Kinser (Ben), Bailey Adams (Jada), Makenzie Adams, Sydney Adams, Josh Riner (Cara), Taylor Riner, Sam Wise, Silas Hook and Naomi Hook. He is also survived by Eight Great-Grandchildren; as well as many other nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
