She is survived by: her children, Duane Boyce (Lisa) of Terre Haute, Dean Boyce (Lisa) of Wylie, Texas and Denise Jacobsen (Chris) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Amber Bush (Brad), Alicia Duncan (Jake), Ashley Sullivan (Eric), Shane Boyce (Andrea), Aaron Jacobsen, Magen Kostenko (Travis) and Amy Jacobsen; and her great grandchildren, Addison Bush, Aiden Bush, Keeley Dodson, Karson Kostenko, Caleb Sullivan, Kenzlee Kostenko, Rosalia Romano, Conner Sullivan, Carley Sullivan, Charlie Duncan, Forrest Duncan and Brighton Boyce. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
