He was predeceased by: his parents, William Butts and Ximinia "Susie" Butts (Stewart); his wife Wanda Jenkins; and his brother John. He is survived by: his children, Michael Butts (Libby) and Tracy Brunette (Tim); his grandchildren, Kayla Dickison (Cole), Zebb Butts (Sydni), Emily Chiles, Clara Terry (Vershon) and Greg Brunette; and his great grandchildren, Rylan Lumsdon, Karter Brunette, Kasen Holifield, Sapphira Terry, Maxwell Dickison, Julian Butts, Bexley Dickison, Bonnie Butts, Brian Brunette and Maelynn Chiles.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home (142 N Washington St, Brazil, IN 47834). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at the Calcutta Cemetery (14797 N County Rd 200 E, Carbon, IN 47837).
