He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip E. Durbin and Alice J. Mustard Durbin Cox; and his brothers, Steven Durbin, Ernie Durbin and Dale Durbin.
He is survived by: his children, Ricki Durbin-Luedeman (Joe) and Richard Durbin, Jr.; and his siblings, Bobbi Timpe (Ray Cesnik), Tammy Young (Rex Dannitt), Jane Cox (Sonny Bryan), Joseph Cox (Chrissy), Sandy Hoffman (Brad), Debbie Emrick (Mark) and James Cox (Betty). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and several cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM.
