It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Smith Jr. in Brazil, Indiana, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray L. Smith Sr. and Lovell "Terri" Smith (Baum); his wife Marilyn Smith (Hughbanks); his daughters, Kathleen and Colleen; and his pet Ivan.
He is survived by: his children, Kristie McKinney (Steve) and Bryan Smith (Sara); his stepdaughter Autumn Weese (Brandon); his grandchildren, Ashley Winkler (Justin), Chris McClure (Makayla), Brynlee and Sydnee Smith; his stepgrandchildren, Ashlie Edington (James), Stephanie McKinney (Mike), Landon Weese, Meckayla and Dakota Randall; and his sisters, Edwina Torpy (Rob) and Faith Davis (Joe). He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
