He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tilley and Anna Mae Tilley (Gentry); his brothers, Edward and Henry Tilley; and his sister-in-law Helen Tilley.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Kay Payne; his children, Kim Murray (John) and Randy Tilley (Melissa) of Brazil; his grandchildren, Hunter Reberger (May), Savanna Green (Ronnie Delp), Nick Alexander (Sandra) and Dustin Alexander; his great grandchildren, Harrison, Ryan, Phoenix, Mason, Logan, Braden, Carsyn and Maylee; his brother Siebert Tilley of Albuquerque; and his cousin Mary Nell Hudson.
