He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ralph and Betty Jane Cooper (Estep); and his brother Rod Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Cooper; his godchildren, Jonathan Sinders, J. R. Riggs and Monica Hayes; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Cooper, Judy Caress and Sue Hart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
