He is survived by: his wife Cindy Scruggs; his children, Rachel Botkin (William), Stephanie Scruggs and Ariel Scruggs; his stepchildren, Lindsay Robbins (Ty), Elizabeth Terril (John), Emily Trout and Jeffrey Wilcoxon; his grandchildren, Adrianna Chilton, Isabella Botkin, Brayden Botkin and Alec Chilton; his stepgrandchildren, Colten Terril, Karsyn Terril, Kamryn Terril, Cole Wilcoxon and Raegan Robbins; and his siblings, James Scruggs (Carolyn), Donald Scruggs (Traci) and Tonya Barron (Joey).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lawson-Miller Chapel (1702 E National Ave, Brazil, IN 47834). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
