She was predeceased by: her parents, Anita Sherfey (Tribble) and David Sherfey. She is survived by: her husband Richard W. Kerr; her sister Diane Lawson (Sherfey) of Brazil; her nephews, David Woodall of Greenwood, IN and John Lawson of Brazil, IN; her niece Bethany Jo "Buffy" Phyne of Noblesville, IN; her great-niece Arden Woodall of Indianapolis, IN.; her niece Annie Fenton (Watkins); and her nephews, John Watkins Jr. and Justin Niles.
In lieu of flowers, Karolyn requested that donations be made to the Clay County Humane Society, as she loved her dogs, Brandy Jo and Missy Jo, and cats, Sox, Lucy and Gypsy so very much.
