She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer R. Spelts and Betty Jean Spelts (Baker). She is survived by: her children, Jamey Smith of Brazil and Jennifer Headlee (Chad) of Knoxville, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Samantha Smith, Justine Smith, Charlee Headlee and Rowan Headlee; and her siblings, Elmer Spelts Jr., Larry Spelts, Jimmy Spelts, Linda Bush, Paula Stantz, Regina Spelts and Marcia Spelts Lambert. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
