He is survived by: his wife Karen; his mother-in-law Dorothy Bandy; his siblings, Danny Hull and Lisa Lane; his children, Jerry Dale Hull Jr., Dana Bradshaw (Chad) and Scarlett Simmons; his grandchildren, Damian Haviland (Sierra), Alexandria Haviland (Caleb), Gabriel Haviland, Bradyn Hull, Jude Lloyd and Persephone Montgomery; and his great grandchildren, Kash Allen Skinner, Bailey Poole and Thomas Poole.
