He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Hogan and Wanetta Hogan; his siblings, Mike and Karen (Linda); and his son Jerry Lee Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Linda Hogan; and his children, Toni Donna, Dianna Hogan, Richard Hogan, Jennifer Brock and Robert Hogan. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
