He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Higginbotham and Mildred Higginbotham (Fowler); and his significant other Robert Webster. He is survived by: his brother Larry Higginbotham (Sheryl); and his aunt Marge Moran. He is also survived by several cousins, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gentiva Hospice.
