He was predeceased by: his brothers, David Andy Milner and Ron; and his father-in-law Carl Pell. He is survived by: his parents, David Milner and Dorothy Smith Milner; his wife DeBrenn Pell Milner; his child Carli Jo Lowe of Kenneth, K. J.; his mother-in-law Rose A. Pell; his sister Mary Ann Thompson (Brad); and his brother-in-law Shawn Pell (Bree).
