He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Bettis and Margaret Bettis (Peggy); and his sister Sharon Bettis Eberwein. He is survived by: his wife Tonya Bettis; his daughters, Ashley Bettis, Alysha Bettis and Alyson Bettis; his sons-in-law, Daniel Monteith and Ethan Wood; his grandchildren, Brayden Monteith, Trinton Monteith, Maxwell Monteith, Alexandria Bettis, Chayton Pingleton, Mateo Pingleton, Callum Wood and Malakai Wood; and his siblings, David Bettis (Susie), Brenda Bogie (David), Randy Bettis, Rick Bettis (Carol), Steve Bettis, Tim Bettis (Lisa) and Lori Dougherty (Merril).
