She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Wells Megenhardt and Renos J. Megenhardt; her husband Levi Urbain; her son Jerry Lee Barrett; her siblings, Ray, Richard, Rex, Ronald Megenhardt, Elizabeth Jenkins and Mary Jane Killion; and her close friend Mary Lou Dietz.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Stacie Ooley (Scott) and Brad Barrett (Rhonda); her sister Peggy Latham; and her sisters-in-law, Aggie Urbain and Nancy Megenhardt. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
