She was predeceased by: her parents, David Smith and Elizabeth Smith; her husband Frank Smith; her siblings, Kay Bussing, Pat Hoskins, Ginger Lamb and Richard Smith; and her granddaughter Shauna Lydy.
She is survived by: her son Brad Collier (Tish) of Indianapolis; her sister Carolyn Boyd of Brazil; her grandson Zach Collier (Chrissy); and her great grandchild Faith Aniston Collier. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
