With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jean Palm (Brazil, Indiana), born in Cayuga, Indiana, who passed away on December 15, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Moore and Katherine Moore (Grubbs); her husband Bob; her grandson John David Palm; and her sisters, Patti Berry and Marjorie Knott.

She is survived by: her children, Lana Kay Taylor (Rex), Rita Jane Brown and John Robert Palm (Vicki); and her grandchildren, Lyana Smith (Doug), Aaron Taylor (Carrie), Christopher Brown, Amie Maurer (Jason) and Jeremy Palm (Megan). She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made Clay County Food Pantry or the Brazil City Library.
