She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Shroyer and Delilah Bierce; her husband Billy W. Howard Sr.; her daughter Vicky Sue Young; her grandchildren, Nicholas Wall and Melissa Wall; and her great grandchild Kayla Kelley.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Marie Kindred of Washington, Beth Jane Morrison (Craig) of Illinois and Billy Howard Jr. (Jeanne) of Brazil; and her grandchildren, Kristen Eckert (John), James Kindred, Jerry Kelley Jr., Michele Hunter (Jonathan), Chad Howard (Shanna) and Nick Howard (Brittany). She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandson.
