She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Yarde and Zelda Yarde; her husband James R. McCullough; her sister Patty Hackett (Chuck); and her nephew Jeff Stearley.
She is survived by: her children, Angie Tryon (Ted) and Jamie McCullough; her stepsons, Tom Meadows (Alice) and Tim Meadows; her sister Sharon Stearley (Wilbur); her grandchildren, Taylor Laycock (John), Tristen Malone, Devon Malone, Drew Tryon, Haylee Meadows and Chelsea Meadows; her great grandchild Maxen Laycock; and her friend Norma Hall. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
