He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Frye and Leatha Frye (Leohr); his siblings, John Frye, Dewey Frye, Tharron "Gwen" Frye, Reeta M. Frye Moats and Florence Lovelle Frye White; his siblings-in-law, Richard White, Nancy Frye and Kathleen Frye; and his nephews, Craig Frye, Vincent Frye and Duane Frye.
He is survived by: the mother of his children Jane Frye of Brazil; his sons, Tadd Frye of Bowling Green, Travis Frye (Christy) of Brazil and Trent Frye of Cory; his brothers, Harlan Frye of Terre Haute and Randy Frye (Leah) of Patricksburg; and his close friend Teri.
