She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Hackworth and Ruth Hackworth (Hale); her husband James "Jimmer" Conklin; and her siblings, Marlene Hall, Marilyn Gillman, Bill Hackworth and Jim Hackworth.
She is survived by: her siblings, Gearldene Webb (Henry) of Bonanza, KY, Jack Hackworth (Jackie) of Tippecanoe, IN and Bob Hackworth of Martin, KY.; her grandchildren, James and Karin Conklin; and her children, Elaina, Benton, Kaelyn Conklin, Jade and Tim Schramm. She is also survived by her family, all her nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
