He is survived by: his significant other Christi Kunkle (Barker); his daughters, Rene Smith (Ryan) of Virginia Beach and Kelli Thornburg of Bourbon; his grandchildren, Darren Harrell, Sierra Hart (Matthew) of Bourbon, Raigan Ojeda (Preston) of Florida, Quentin, Tyler, Natalie, Anthony, Andrew Thornburg of Bourbon, Jackson and Emersyn Smith of Virginia Beach; and his siblings, Sharon Sturgill (Dan) of Warsaw and Gary Kunkle of North Webster. He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
