LeRoy D. Heckaman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of LeRoy D. Heckaman of Bourbon, Indiana, who passed away on February 27, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Heckaman and Elva Heckaman (Berkeypile); his wife Marjorie E. Zillmer; his son Ken Steinman; his children-in-law, Barb Heckaman and Earl Jansma; and his siblings, Roscoe Heckaman (Pete), Helen Montgomery, Faye King and Jeannie Roahrig.
He is survived by: his sons, Terry Heckaman of DeWitt, MI, Rex Heckaman (Leanne) of Nappanee, IN, Kim Heckaman (Jane) of Plymouth, IN and Marty Heckaman (Denise) of Etna Green, IN; his stepdaughters, Diana Jansma of Plymouth, IN and Marsha Baker (Mike) of Auburndale, FL; and his sisters, Bonnie Craig of Nappanee, IN and Joyce Overmyer of Bourbon, IN. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren; his 29 great-grandchildren; his 14 great-great-grandchildren.
