She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey W. Zimmerman and Edna Zimmerman (Keyser); her son Ken Eugene Carswell; and her brothers, Robert Zimmerman and Carl Zimmerman.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Sechrist of South Bend, IN and Rick Carswell of Tippecanoe, IN; her sister-in-law Susanna Carswell of Plymouth, IN; her granddaughters, Christina Sechrist, Jennifer Sechrist Whiteman and Michelle Balding; her great grandchild Brittney Whiteman; her grandchildren, Austin Whiteman, Dakota Balding, Garrett Whiteman and Trever Whiteman; her great great grandchild Jensen Whiteman; and her great grandchild Lane Whiteman. She is also survived by 6 nieces, and 1 nephew.
