He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Jimmie and Zella C. Janes (English); and his sister Sarah Pearl. He is survived by: his wife Jean Yvonne Adams of Clarksville, IN.; his daughters, Kim Bates (Jon) of Bourbon, IN and Stephanie Menker of Dublin, OH.; his grandchildren, Jennifer Backus (Wes), Jeff Bates (Alisha), Kirk Bates (Laura), Thomas Menker (Hadley) and Anna Menker; his great grandchild Landon; and his grandchildren, Owen, Luke, Harper and Sutton.
