With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Gene Mayfield of Boswell, Indiana, who passed away on December 16, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Sharon Kay Mayfield; and his siblings, Lessie Mayfield, Allen and Carl Mayfield. He is survived by: his wife Emma Jean Mayfield (Barker); his sons, Chuck Mayfield (Louise) of Indianapolis and Gene Mayfield (Pamela) of Greensburg, IN; his siblings, Curtis Mayfield (Fayrene) of Somerset, KY and Shirley Wilson (Billy) of Faubush, KY; his grandchildren, Brooke Plummer, Jordon, Katie Mayfield and Melissa Sorokty; and his great grandchildren, Nolan, Haven Plummer, Kelsey Sorokty, Natalia Sanchez and Mylaa Mayfield.
