He was predeceased by: his parents, Drew Beams and Rosalee Beams (Braden); and his wife Donna Beams (Shouse). He is survived by: his children, Dawn Scott (Robby) and William "Billy" Beams, Jr. (Melissa); his grandchildren, Travis Scott, Dylan Scott (Sierra), Brendan Beams, Bradley Beams, Justin Scott, Cynthia Beams, Nicholas Beams and Lillian Beams; his great grandchildren, Allen and Charlie Scott; and his siblings, Jim, Janice and Shawn.
