He was predeceased by: his father John Thomas; his son Wendell Justin Fraley; his grandchildren, Ricky Gaskin, April Lax and Shelby Thomas Fraley; his siblings, James Fraley (Anita), Sherman Fraley (Agnes) and Irene Grace; and his brother-in-law John.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Harp Fraley; his sons, Paul (Tony) and Timothy Fraley, Sr. of Borden; his grandchild T. J. Fraley (Marti) of Sellersburg; his brother Bobby Fraley (Helen) of Martinsburg; his daughters, Tammy Koenig (Carl) of Louisville, Debbie Clark of Louisville and Denise Nelson of Louisville; and his sisters-in-law, Joann Wood (Woody) of Louisville and Joyce O'neil (Jack). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.
