She is survived by: her mother Patricia Coffman (Canary) of Borden; her husband Hollis Chepa of Borden; her children, Paul Chepa of Borden and Rachael Jones of New Albany; her siblings, Gene Coffman (Sue) of Plymouth and Tara Koerber (Bob) of Lanesville; and her grandchildren, Colt, Kinsley, Maverick and Zayne Jones.
