He is survived by: his wife Lori Davidson Coats; his children, Dennis Coats (Kirsten) of Borden, Eric Coats (Jamie) of Vincennes, Adrian Villarreal (Cecilia) of Salem, Nathaniel Glen Coats of Borden, Kendra Coats McCutcheon (Jeremy) of Borden, Victoria Martinez (Chris) of Jeffersonville and Sara Cain (Jason) of Florida; and his siblings, Loren Coats (Roberta) of Pekin, Christena Kemp (David) of Campbellsburg and Brenda Simmons (Ron) of Bowling Green. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren.
