She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas Jackson and Carolyn Jackson. She is survived by: her son Brady Jackson (Sarah) of Henryville, IN; her husband George Butt; her daughter Natasha Butt; her brother Jeffrey Jackson; and her granddaughter Scarlett Wilson.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Garr Funeral Home (7806 Hwy 311, Sellersburg, IN 47172). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at the Swayback Cemetery (3456-3592 E Shorts Corner Rd, New Pekin, IN 47165).

“I fondly remember Paula as a fun-loving, happy & caring person. Her smile could light up a room. I was telling Brady & his family how the teacher/s could call on Paula or I in class, and strangely the sound of our names came out to where we would both respond… then we would just look at each other and laugh. Death ends a life…. NOT a relationship. Hold on to the wonderful memories. She will always be with you. Prayers for continued peace and comfort.”
