He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Rutherford and Ruth Rutherford (Bryant); and his brother Lawrence Bryant. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Rutherford (Wheeler); his children, Bob Rutherford (Amy), Shannon Burton (Bill) and Holly Thompson (Chris); his sister Janie Hudson; and his grandchildren, Chloe Rutherford, Rachael Rutherford, Gracie Mauck, Hunter Rutherford, Emma Mauck and Layla Rutherford.
