She is survived by: her husband Rudy Lee Cook; her children, Brandon Lee Cook (Tiffany Lindsay Cook) and Lindsey Michelle Cook; her brothers, Larry Engle (Sonia), Gary Engle (Beverly), Tom Engle (Shari), Eddie Engle, Dennis Engle (Michele) and Allan Engle; and her grandchildren, Matthew Lee Cook and Ava Jewell Cook.
