He is survived by: his wife Kathy Burnett of Borden, IN.; his children, Lisa Hillyard (Todd) of Pattonsburg, MO, Leeann DeSloover (David) of Monroe, MI and Leslie Ty Burnett (Morgan) of Portland, OR.; his grandchildren, Sarah Rivera (Jonathon), Dylan Burnett (Becca), Joshua DeSloover (Claudia), Mathew DeSloover and Isabella Ayala; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Benjamin and Kaleb Burnett; and his siblings, Al Burnette (Juna) of Leitchfield, KY, Marilyn Jackson of Borden, IN, Barb Sizemore of Charlotte, MI, Vivian Sullivan (Donnie) of Salem, IN, Russell Burnett (Ann) of Borden, IN, Susie Humphrey (Stump) of Vallonia, IN, Ernest Burnett (Rena) of Borden, IN and John Burnett of Henryville, IN.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
