With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gloria Morris of Borden, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Gloria left this world on February 21, 2025 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Smith and Margaret Smith (Rose); her husband Leroy J. Morris; and her siblings, Lucile Hensley, Darlene Gray and James Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Morris, Gordon Morris, Donna Yates, Kenneth Morris and Bev Stout; and her brothers, Tommy Smith, Ron Smith and Darrell Smith. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home Pekin Chapel (323 IN-60, New Pekin, IN 47165). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
