Miettinen (Hall); his sons, Raymond Miettinen (Tess) of Manitowoc and Creg Miettinen of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin; his stepsons, Marshall Lawson (Holly) of Salem and Myles Lawson (Ciara) of Charlestown; and his siblings, Karen Felton (Joe) of Racine, Christine Evans (Terry) of Lake Linden, Connie Spanton (Mark) of Republic, Michigan, Keith Miettinen of Milan and Kevin Miettinen (Ann) of Waxhaw. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
