She was predeceased by :: her husband Mark J. Jefferson Sr.; her parents, Alfred Jackson and Mary Jackson (King); her siblings, Rosemary Girt, Joan Clear, Ruth Braden and Elmer Jackson; and her daughter-in-law Amy Jefferson.
She is survived by her children, Mark Jefferson Jr. of Jeffersonville, IN, Carole Pearce of Sellersburg, IN, Christine Oaks (Tyson) of Sellersburg, IN, Micah Jefferson (Sara) of Borden, IN and Matthew Jefferson of Borden, IN.. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
