He is survived by: his children, Jan Embry of Kentucky, Dee Merry of Texas and Jay Merry of Boonville; his grandson Logan Brand (Staci) of Newburgh; his children, Ashley Farzad (Bez) of Texas, Amanda Drinnon of Evansville, Brad Drinnon (Annette) of Evansville, Daniel Merry of Evansville and Warren Merry of Boonville; his brother Don of Nevada; and his friend Terry West (Donna) of Evansville. He is also survived by 6 Great-grandchildren.
