He is survived by: his parents, Virgil M. Creek and Judith Creek (Hay); his sister Connie Smith (Kenneth); his nephews, Chad Smith (Gena) and Kevin Smith; his niece Heather Scott (Jeremy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dayton, Ashton, Gage, Everly, Calvin and Jordyn; and also Stefan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Boone Funeral Home (5330 Washington Ave, Evansville, IN 47715). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
