She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Helfert and Elizabeth Helfert (Reisinger); her husband Richard E. "Dick" Ritzert; and her siblings, Gertrude Helfert, Theresa Trigg, Margaret Bell, Olivia Burton, Lorene Sirels, Albertine Miller, Clarence, Ben and Raymond Helfert.
She is survived by: her brother Otto Helfert. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
