She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Bruner and Lucille Bruner (Davis); her husband Delbert "Bud" Haynes; and her brother Lloyd Fleming. She is survived by: her children, Patty Shaffer and Robert Haynes; and her grandchildren, Michael Chivalier, Cleora Haynes, Mackenzie Haynes and Haley Kovach. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Bread of Life Ministries.
