He is survived by: his wife Susan Evans (Woodburn); his children, Cara Evans (Isaac Loehr), Mikayla Evans and James Ray Evans III; his siblings, James Ray Jr. (Becky) and Jean Marcum (Gene); his grandmother Dorothy Shofner; and his sister-in-law Stacy Christian. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, many friends.
